These terms form a binding agreement between you and WebNova360 (Dominik Blöchinger), Portugal.
Services include custom web development, WordPress, Shopify setup, HTML/CSS/JavaScript development, maintenance and support.
Payment terms
30–50% upfront, milestone payments and final payment before delivery.
Intellectual property
After full payment, project-specific deliverables are transferred to the client. Reusable frameworks remain with WebNova360.
